Skopio offers an FCRA-aware mode that pairs with consent-tracking and redacts protected-class signals (age, religion, national origin, disability) before delivery. Background-screening providers using Skopio as a data layer are responsible for their own FCRA compliance: candidate consent, adverse-action notices, dispute process. Skopio's FCRA-aware mode helps with consent tracking and protected-class redaction.
What does Skopio NOT do?+
We don't pull credit reports (use Equifax/Experian/TransUnion). We don't surface protected-class indicators in FCRA-aware mode. We don't replace criminal-records checks (use traditional vendors). We add the OSINT layer on top.
